When between sizes, size up. Sizing is not identical across every brand we carry, so use the measurements listed above rather than assuming one brand matches another. Bamboo stretches with wear and shrinks very slightly on the first wash; muslin softens over time; knitted ribbed has generous give.
Return postage is paid by the customer, so we would genuinely rather get this right first time — send us your child's height and weight and we'll tell you which size to order.
5-10 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address, and shown in full before you pay. There is no free shipping threshold — we'd rather price the product honestly than build the postage into it.
You'll get a tracking email as soon as your parcel is collected. Orders mixing categories may arrive in more than one parcel on different days, each with its own tracking. Nothing is missing, and you are never charged extra for the split.
30 days from delivery. Return it unused and in its original packaging and we'll refund the original payment method.
Return postage is paid by the customer, with two exceptions we cover entirely: anything faulty, and anything we sent in error. If you need a different size, tell us when you get in touch and we'll reserve the replacement while your original is in transit so you don't lose it to stock.
Muslin and cotton: cold machine wash, tumble dry low. Muslin softens with every wash rather than wearing out. Solid wood: wipe clean, don't soak, and check bolts periodically on anything climbable. Food-grade silicone: dishwasher safe.
