Before you order
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Delivery takes 5-10 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address, and shown in full before you pay. There is no free shipping threshold — we'd rather price the product honestly than build the postage into it.
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Message us your child's height and weight before you order and we'll tell you which size to pick — it saves you the postage.
Which size should I order?
When between sizes, size up. Because we carry several specialist brands, sizing is not identical across all of them — check the measurements on the product page rather than assuming one brand's 6-12 months matches another's.
Will everything arrive together?
Not always. We stock specialist brands who ship from their own facilities, so a mixed order may split across parcels with separate tracking numbers. Nothing is missing, and you are never charged extra for the split.
Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes. Tell us when you get in touch and we'll reserve the replacement size while your original is in transit, so you don't lose it to stock in the meantime.
