Delivery

How long will delivery take?
5–10 business days from the day you order. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your parcel is collected.

Do you offer free shipping?
No. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and address, and shown in full before you pay. We'd rather price the product honestly than build postage into it.

Why did my order arrive in separate parcels?
We stock specialist brands who ship from their own facilities. A mixed order may split across parcels with separate tracking. Nothing is missing, and you're never charged extra for it.

Returns

Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.

Who pays return postage?
You do, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing — then we cover it. This is why we'd much rather answer a sizing question before you order.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Tell us when you get in touch and we'll reserve the replacement while your original is in transit.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn't shipped, yes — contact us quickly with your order number. Once it's with the courier we can't recall it, but you can return it within 30 days.

Sizing

Do your clothes run true to size?
Most run true, though bamboo and knitted items have more give. Because we carry several brands, sizing isn't identical across all of them — check the measurements on the specific product page.

My baby is between sizes.
Size up. Nothing is outgrown faster than a snug fit.

What does 73cm mean?
Some ranges are sized by height in centimetres rather than age. Our size guide explains how to map those to your child.

Products

What age is this suitable for?
Age guidance is on every product page, and those ratings are minimums rather than recommendations. When in doubt on small parts, size up in age.

How should I wash the muslin and quilts?
Cold machine wash, tumble dry low. Muslin softens with every wash — that's the point of it.

Are the silicone toys dishwasher safe?
Yes. Food-grade silicone handles the dishwasher and doesn't hold odour.
